This apartment is located in a quiet community with easy access to I-95, and I-495, making it ideal for commuters traveling to Wilmington, Philadelphia, or surrounding areas. **Since I am desperately trying to find someone to take my lease, I am personally offering coverage of 2 months of rent (this is NOT affiliated with the property manager/landlord, I would pay you via Venmo or other platform)** Apartment features include: Hardwood floors, central air conditioning and forced heat, in-unit washer and dryer, gas stove, dishwasher, full-size frige/freezer, and microwave.
