The following is a mini description of the property: 2 bedroom apartment large bathroom, with new flooring out in on February 2016 decent size kitchen, hardwood floors just re done in Febraury one bedroom is larger than the other, 1 with brand new carpet and padding and the other hardwood floor living room is on the smaller side, hardwood floors Appliances included are stove and fridge All utilities are paid by the tenant except for the water/sewer bill which is paid by the landlord. The heat is either gas or electric. The unit is equipped for both so you can pick which one you want to use. One off street parking spot in driveway, huge front porch. Newer windows and siding. Roof is newer as well. There are 2 garbage day pick-ups, Tuesday & Wednesday because the house is on a corner lot. No pets allowed. I require 1st months rent ($760) plus 1 1/2 months of security which is $1140, which means to move in I require $1900 total.
