Certain pets may be considered on a case by case basis (though we recommend they have rattlesnake vaccine). The unit is being rented furnished. The property is located in a rural area with large ranches around it. A few minute drive to JC, but quiet country living at its best. RV/trailer on adjacent lot can be rented separately for additional space. Tenant responsible for utilities. No smoking, no pets other than service animals.
