DOWNTOWN LOFT APARTMENTS We are pleased to reveal our newly renovated loft apartments in historic downtown Palestine. Located at the corner of W. Oak and Sycamore, they are walking distance to several restaurants and grocery store. Originally built in 1910 the Link Building has had several different uses. The first floor remains commercial while the second floor now boasts four luxury apartments with 12ft ceilings. All apartments come equipped with a washer and dryer and several other finishes you won't normally find in a rental. These include farmhouse sinks, built in usb chargers, dimmer switches and top of the line whirlpool appliances. Each unit has it's own central air and heat. Two units are ready for move in immediately and two more will be completed in the coming weeks. We have three one bedroom apartments and one two bedroom two bath. The one bedroom apartments are $1,250 and the two bedroom is $1,550. Security deposit on all units will be $1,000. Utilities will be billed at a flat rate of $375 a month. This includes electricity, water, trash, and internet.
