Historic Hill House in Keytesville, MO. This home was built in the mid 19th century and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The home is being restored and upgraded. There's a certain allure to taking something old and making is shine as good or better than it's ever shined before and I'm still young, single, have no children, and I'm in relatively good shape compared to most people. I own this place outright and will as long as the taxes are paid every year; which I can manage to do with the lowest paying job or merely the interest from my investments. Even though I like the house and don't plan to sell it everybody has a price. Make me a great offer and I might sell the old place. It's all a matter of desire.
