Colonial Gardens is located in Old Bennington near the monument with a view of the valley and mountains. This apartment is number 17, a first floor apartment. As you can see from the pictures, there is oak parquet flooring. Colonial Gardens' residents are almost all retired and or seniors so it is a very quiet community. Basic cable is provided as well as heat. The renter pretty much only pays for their internet service, electric, and phone. We allow pets under 15 lbs. Because the vast majority of the tenants are seniors we do not allow dogs over 15 lbs. Apartment 17 is located across the hallway from the shared laundry room. We have garden space available for people who like to garden during the summme months. There are carports that become available in time. Air conditioning units are installed in each apartment. You do not have to fill out a zillow application fee as they will charge you. Please contact me first because I prefer to use my own application where there are no fees involved. Lease agreements are 1 year lease agreements that are renewed yearly. I require first month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit.
