Jackson Colonial Arms Apartments were built in 1988 on 10 country acres. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms and is 820 square feet in size. The kitchen and bathroom floor all have ceramic tile, and the other room have wall to wall carpeting. You control the baseboard hot water heat. Instant domestic hot water provided. There is a built in A/C unit in every apartment. Assigned parking spaces and visitor parking is available under our security cameras. Twelve of our second floor apartments have balcony. Most of the ground level apartments have flower gardens. We have a large patio set up with picnic tables and umbrellas for our tenants to use. We encourage our tenants to barbecue or picnic there. In house maintenance is provided by our staff 5 days a week. Management is on location 7 days a week. Seniors are allowed a small pet at no charge, unless there is a problem. Normal pet care is required. There is a pet trail for walking your dog. There are washers and dryers adjacent to the community rooms. 12 months term. Utilities included are water, heat, and trash removal. 1 space assigned parking. Cats and dogs allowed.
