Three sides of the home has an awesome view of woods that team with wildlife. Deer, turkey, squirrel, possum, raccoon and plenty of birds. Inside the back door you'll walk into an open concept dining room and large kitchen area. Stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms have a tub and shower combination with ceramic tile on the floors and the backsplash. One bathroom is on the main level of the house while the other bathroom is located at the top of the staircase. In the living room you'll find an old fashioned faux fireplace with gas logs. Not only does it warm the room up on a cold day, but it's awesome if the power goes out for more than a few hours. When you enter the house from either the front door or the backdoor, you notice the beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home, which are fairly easy to take care of. All the bedrooms have closet space with both storage and hanging areas. One of the best parts of the home is the beautiful setting and surrounding. The brick patio in the back of the house is great for relaxing and grilling. Several ceiling fans will keep you cool even on a hot day. All utilities are the responsibility of the Lessee. Base rent includes up to 4 people. Additional people will increase the rent structure. The property is a Non Smoking, drug free property. Absolutely no indoor pets. We do not accept any government programs like Section 8 or HUD. The Lessee is responsible for the grounds surrounding the house. Cutting and trimming the grass and removing snow and ice.
