Fully furnished large apartment in historic uptown perfect for remote work or summer vacation. Available from May 9th - September 16th. Featuring a king-size bed, large living room and kitchen, two full bathrooms, a dedicated office with a kitchenette that we converted from the second bedroom, and a patio. Historic uptown is a beautiful, walkable neighborhood just a stone's throw away from downtown St Petersburg. A 5-minute walk to multiple parks, lakes, and coffee shops, and a 15-minute walk to the bay, & downtown. We've designed the space for long-term stays, and are looking for someone who can help take care of our home while we're away. We're somewhat flexible on dates, we're looking to sublet for a minimum of 60 days. Utilities, as well as high-speed internet, are included. Includes access to our premium subscriptions of Hulu, HBO, Netflix, and Disney Plus. Dates are flexible, but we are looking for at least a two-month stay. No pets or smoking. You will have a dedicated parking spot in our private parking lot. Home care/maintenance is minimal, we'll provide instructions and plenty of supplies. We do have a variety of indoor and outdoor plants, and we would like to keep those alive while we're gone. If you aren't comfortable with that responsibility then we can find most of them another home while we're gone, but we would just like to know in advance so we can make arrangements.
