We are in a great location in Alhambra. We are close to Main street, 10 freeway and the 710 freeway. A cute 2 bedroom/1bathroom home. We have a big backyard that is fenced in. It has fruit trees. It comes with a storage shed - no garage access. (Garage belongs to the landlord) It has a indoor laundry room. Parking in the driveway and off street parking. Overnight parking requires a parking permit which you can get from the City of Alhambra. Pets are allowed, but 2 are the limit. It does come with a $500.00 security deposit that is non-refundable. You have the choice of paying up front or having the $500.00 taken out of your security deposit upon moving out. This fee is to disinfect the property upon you moving. This is non-negotiable. The tenant is responsible for all the utilities: Electric, gas, trash and water. Landlord takes care of the gardener that comes 2 times a month. Tenant must water the grass and plants on the property. If any citations come from the city for not keeping up the property, the tenant will be responsible for it. Occupancy: Only people named within the lease can occupy the property. No sub-leasing or re-renting will be allowed.
