(A large truck or SUV probably won't fit) We're looking for a quiet, no drugs, no pets, non-smoking roommate. You can have full use of the condo (kitchen, patio, and living room), but no parties or friends staying over constantly. Your roommates will be 2 30+ year old IT professionals. We are quiet, respectful, and will hopefully be friends (if you want). If you're a gamer, watch anime, like adult swim, or are a sci-fi nerd, we'll get along great. If not, we're pretty normal and generally nice to be around. The condo has a yard with a view of Fairview Park. $900 per month + utilities. $900 security deposit. Month to month renting.
