WE REQUIRE VERY GOOD RENTAL HISTORY FOR LAST 12 MONTHS and beyond. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVE ADEQUATE INCOME TO PAY RENT-EARNINGS NEED TO BE 3 OR MORE TIMES RENTAL AMOUNT WITHOUT EXCESSIVE DEBT.
