Moderate south facing room with large windows. Unit consists of four bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Kitchen and living room are furnished, with household chores split between roommates biweekly. NOTE: two bedrooms are opening up so let me know if you have interest in both! No smoking inside. Be courteous and communicate issues/wants. Must be okay with cats. Off street shared parking lot in the back. Two young working professionals. One working at GE and one for Albany county. Currently no cats. Roommates play board/card games and woodwork with a small shared shop. Roommates work M-F 9am-5pm, and me (the owner/lister) stay while working on some sort of house improvement!
