This unit comes with a garage parking spot. Please note that small dogs under 15lb that are fully potty trained are allowed. We do not allow dogs who are trained to go on pee pads indoors to avoid staining on the wood floors. All dogs are subject to approval. We require a nonrefundable pet fee of $200. Tenant pays internet and electric. Tenant is responsible for changing AC filters every 1-2 months.
