It needs serious attention, as it is both old, with quirky add-ons over time. I have owned it for a decade or so, but never lived in it, but used it as an office and for storage. Perfect for a handyman or woman with need for the space (bedrooms) and great location at such a low price. Could actually live in it while building a new replacement house behind it.
