I live in a 2000 sft tri-level 3 BR townhome in a complex with a pool, just a few minutes to stores, exclusive shops, trendy restaurants and bars, and the freeways. 20-40 minutes (subject to traffic) to Downtown, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Venice, beaches, etc. Looking for ONE person (I'm the only other person living here) to rent a beautifully furnished private room (about 280 sft) with a full private bath (tub and shower) in my townhome. The room has a large flat screen TV (some with all premier channels and streamers), a writing desk, and a very comfortable town day bed. I provide bedding, linens, and towels. All you'd need to bring is a suitcase with your personal items. I'm very clean and organized and expect the same. Use of the kitchen is permitted, but no other common areas are to be accessed. My kitchen has top-notch appliances including an air fryer, full range oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, etc. You are free to use my cook- and dinnerware (as long as you clean up after yourself after each meal and don't leave anything on the counters). I work from home and prefer someone who does not. I have two small dogs and prefer if you don't have pets. I don't smoke and don't use drugs and would expect the same from you. I am looking to rent to one person and visitors would not be allowed. First & Last month is required for move-in, plus a security deposit.
