Very friendly, people of all ages (young families, mid families, retirees, etc.), very neighborly with a Facebook site to stay in touch, lots of neighborhood events (Egg Hunt, Christmas Train, Yard Sale, etc.), huge pool with very active swim team, tennis courts, playground, and picnic area, lots of mature trees, right on the Mallard Creek Greenway (10 miles of trails to UNCC), very close to many amenities, clean yards and neat homes. Great place to live for anyone!
