A lovely colonial built in 1870, situated on 1 acre, walking distance to downtown. A barn was built in 1898; a carriage house for the horses. We purchased the property in 1975 and, being professional artists, converted the barn into a studio/gallery. In 2007 we remodeled a screened-in porch to become a year-round sun porch.
