We are pleased to offer our condo in Sunnyvale for rent beginning June 1. The condo is very centrally located within walking distance of the Lawrence Caltrain station and an easy commute to many of the big tech companies. We lived here for over 10 years and I biked to work across multiple companies in Mountain View and Santa Clara. It is a wonderful community with friendly neighbors. The kitchen was recently remodeled with all new stainless steel appliances. There is a washer and dryer in the condo. We have one assigned covered parking spot and there is a lot of additional visitor parking available. We never had issues with parking our two cars. There is a pool, clubhouse, and tennis court and the grounds are filled with redwoods. The condo is very open and spacious and feels much bigger than its stated square footage. It is an upstairs corner unit and very quiet with one room overlooking the green. There are two large balconies. We had a family of 4 here with no issues. Pets will be considered. The current tenants have been here for over 4 years and had a small dog. A minimum 1 year lease is required with longer leases also considered. I request first month's rent and a deposit equal to first month's rent at the time of signing. The place is unfurnished. Water and garbage are included in the rent. Note that some of the photos are of a very similar unit that sold recently. We have similar carpet and wall colors and identical layout. I will try to get more recent pictures, but the place is currently occupied. When emailing with interest, it would be helpful to include the following information: 1. Is June 1 start of lease ok for you? 2. Do you have pets? 3. Do you smoke? 4. What is your credit score? 5. How many people would be living in the place and what are their ages? 6. How long have you lived at your current place? 7. Are you familiar with the location and do the location and floorplan work for you? Pets will be considered.
