Private room. There is a storage room and you are welcome to use it as your office. Utility like heat and internet is included. Smoking, vaping, heavy drinking , illegal activities are not allowed. No pets are allowed. 2 men currently in the unit. Shared kitchen and washroom. Washroom is shared by one other person. Kitchen is shared by three but I do not use kitchen very often. Shared living room. Private room for a rent. You will have a clean, private room. Shared kitchen. Washroom to be shared with a man. Laundry and dryer in the unit. No additional charge for utility including internet. There is building gym and hot spring (free to use). While not shown in the picture, bed and mattress are included in the room. No smoking/vapor in the unit is allowed. Party, guest invitation without permission, illegal activities are not allowed. No pets allowed. We would prefer long-term stayer (longer than 6 months).
