The kitchen comes fully stocked as well...dishes, utensils, storage containers, trash can, blender, pots and pans....cleaning items also(should they be so inclined). The townhouse was purchased for my two TAMU students whom have now graduated...whoop and gig'im! The other two bedrooms of the four bedroom house, rented, covered all most all of their college housing expense.... to say nothing of the tax break of owning a second home. Presently three bedrooms are leased to a future PhD physist, an future aerospace engineer, and a future nurse until August 1st 2017. Renters find the accomodations so pleasant they renew the lease (the others graduate). The grounds are gated and very well kept, again, requiring no owner maintenance. Included are pool, hot tub and basket ball court. This unit overlooks the beautiful Central Park with all it's ponds and fountains. Students enjoy walking their small dogs and jogging on the jogging trails there in the park. Some on collegiate sports teams practice there, including practicing on the park's tennis courts. This townhome is on the same block as the TAMU shuttle and bike route to campus and only 3 minutes on HW6 to Blinn College. Although most students take the short bus ride to avoid campus parking, there are 4 private parking spaces in the gated parking lot reserved for this townhouse at it's back entry door and include covered parking. HEB and all the major shops start at the end of the quarter mile street in front of the townhouse, on the way home from TAMU/Blinn, on Texas Ave.
