The skylight is gorgeous and super unique, and the apartment gets beautiful southwestern light. The hard floors and funky features are unique and fun, and I can honestly say this has been one of my favorite places to live in Denver. This rental is rented through Brownstone Realty. They will be handling the leasing contract but I am available to assist with showings or answer any questions you have.
