- We are planning to rent out our camper on a monthly basis to workers in the area that want more than just a hotel room. We can deliver the camper to you as long as you're within 150 miles from Bartlesville, OK. - Sundays and Mondays are currently the only days the camper can be delivered/picked up. - Must rent at least one month. Your monthly rate will be discounted if you choose a longer lease. - NO pets allowed in the camper. NO smoking of any kind inside the camper. The camper can sleep two comfortably for extended stays. Any more than two and it is a bit crowded. The camper is a KZ Connect C261RL and will come with everything you need besides food. The camper comes with three full 20-lb propane tanks or for an extra fee you can get set up with one 100-lb tank. The renter will be responsible for refilling the tank(s) if they need more propane during their stay. THE TANKS MUST BE REFILLED, NOT EXCHANGED. The renter does not need to refill the tanks due to the lease ending. The camper can be ran off of 30 or 50 amp, or run off a 110v outlet. We do need you to have a source of water and sewer to hook up to. The camper does come with heated hoses and the underbelly is insulated for use throughout the winter months. The monthly rent amount covers the camper, the three propane tanks or one propane tank, and all cords/hoses/hook ups needed to use the camper along with cups, plates, cutlery, coffee maker, pots and pans and all the cleaning supplies you need to have a the best stay possible in the camper. The renter is still responsible for any cost outside of the camper. Depending on your location you may have campsite/campsite associated fee owed. - One month minimum, first month is nonrefundable. - Lease agreements longer than one month will receive a 15% refund if the remaining time within the lease agreement is more than 50% of the total lease time amount. - 5% if the renter has 50% or less of the lease agreement time left. - Within two weeks of the lease ending there will be no refund.
