Shares a kitchen/TV living room area with one other roommate (no third roommate at the moment). Unit has a large w/d unit as well. Unit has a great view and looks out upon the pool and community grounds as well. Liv+ Arlington is a nice and quiet complex. The building was built about two years ago so it's very new and has high quality appliances. Also has a large parking garage with very cheap parking. This unit is conveniently located in the apartment complex. Room also comes with a spacious walk-in closet. Apartment complex is located right next to the UT-Arlington campus. Whether you're a student or not, Liv+ offers the best living experience in Arlington, and this reletting gives you an even better value! Very knowledgeable staff. Garage parking is very cheap and well laid out with guest spots on every level. Utilities are cheap as well, I paid $6 my first month.
