All amenities included (washer, dryer, dishwasher, AC unit, etc.) and provide with reasonable accommodations. Pet friendly (both cat and dogs). Fitness center, pool, grill, and other activities . Close to campus outside of UTA and walking distance . Furniture fully furnished. Student apartment complex . HIGHLY recommend to live with roommates or whomever you'll be living with. It is marked as sold out on the website BUT you're still able to apply with the people you'll be planning to live with. The leasing starts from August 19th to July 2023. Please message if you're interested and would like to know details about the place. Each renter is responsible paying for their own individual lease since the room is per PERSON. Electricity and water bill is separate for everybody to pay on their own. Parking garage is included in rent ($20 a month. The rent cost is $795 without parking). The lease duration is only for a year. August 19th 2022- July 2023. Pet-friendly. No security deposits.
