It is perfectly located in the cultural heart of Mt Vernon and close to the Peabody, MICA, University of Baltimore, Meyerhoff, Light Rail, Penn Station, Mercy, Johns Hopkins Medical Institute, and JHU and Charm City shuttles. Apartment costs includes: utilities, and free WiFi. The apt bldg has 24 hr doorman, laundry, convenient store, and finished roof top. Rent is generally $1,550 with agreed upon start/end date setting the final rate. Since I pay utilities and costs of WiFi - you should not have any additional costs except for incidentals.
