    What's special

    Loft style condo, 2 BR/2BA in University Commons. The master bedroom features plenty of closet space and a full bathroom. The unit features a recently installed washer/dryer, and other features include stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, large windows (facing Sears Tower), and exposed brick and ductwork. Internet and cable are included in the price, all other utilities are paid by the tenant. The building charges a $500 move fee and elevator security deposit (refundable if there is no damage to the elevator), and the landlord will hold a security deposit during the lease term. The building has a rooftop deck, gym, outdoor pool, and theater room that can be rented. The location is very convenient for public transit, restaurants, shopping, and more. It's a short walk to bars/restaurants in Pilsen/18th street, Little Italy, Greektown, and a short distance to West loop. There is a metra train nearby (Halsted) and several buses within a short walking distance. Pink and Blue line L trains are a 10-15 walk. The area is very walkable, and the unit includes two bike racks in the basement as well. This is my home, and I have taken care of it while I lived there. Please be respectful of the space, clean, and responsible. Background/credit checks will be performed, and the tenant will need to carry a renters insurance policy. Please reach out to me with questions! Owner pays for basic cable, internet, water, sewer, and amenities fee. Tenant pays for gas, electric, and cable/internet upgrades. The lease term is annual. A security deposit of one month will be held, and the tenant will have to pay a move-in/move-out fee to the building (unfortunately, I do not have any control over this). The tenant will also need to carry renters insurance. You will enjoy living in this area and renting my unit as it has been well maintained and is located in a very convenient area.
