The building charges a $500 move fee and elevator security deposit (refundable if there is no damage to the elevator), and the landlord will hold a security deposit during the lease term. The area is very walkable, and the unit includes two bike racks in the basement as well. This is my home, and I have taken care of it while I lived there. Please be respectful of the space, clean, and responsible. Background/credit checks will be performed, and the tenant will need to carry a renters insurance policy.
