Fantastic location for this luxury one-bedroom apartment. Walk to blue and orange lines on DC metro, 10m walk to Georgetown. You're a quick walk to the George Washington Trail and Roosevelt Island, it's perfect for jogging, walking your dog (those are allowed), and bike riding. Apartment has high ceilings, hardwood floors, and is maintained by the reputable Bozzuto property group. Best view of DC in the metro area from the roof, where there's also a workout room and patio. There's a pool on the first floor. I've always had good experience with the property managers, the few requests I had were accomplished same day. Great opportunity here, better than starting up a new lease. Since I'm transferring the lease to you, you do not have to pay an amenities fee, a security deposit, and if you move in by the last week of May, you can have May 25th-June 1st rent-free. And you get a shorter term lease with rates comparable to a 12 month commitment. The Rosslyn, VA apartment is directly across the Potomac from Georgetown and the monuments. Rosslyn is Arlington's closest neighborhood to Washington, DC. Starbucks, Chipotle, Chopt, Cosi, others are a block away. The Iwo Jima Memorial is also a block away. We like to watch the Marine Sunset parades in the summer. Have lived here for 2 years, am taking a job in Boston so I am looking for someone to take over the lease late May/early June. The lease is good until February 2013, and you will have the option to renew (I did, 3x). Hate to say goodbye to this place, it's been a wonderful home in a phenomenal location.
