There is a Publix 2 miles down the street as well. I'm looking to move out and have someone take my place on the lease. The rent is very inexpensive for the area and floor plan. You'll have your own private bathroom. My roommate is very quiet and respectful.Looking for a young professional in their 20's who is clean and respectful. Base rent is $615 which includes Valet Trash. All we do is put the trash outside the door and it magically disappears. Utilities will be split down the middle - This is how I've done it and I think it makes the most sense.
