Back yard facing a creek, is spacious as well with no back neighbors. Must be okay with dogs. We have two loving boy doggos. -Month to month lease for 1 room and bathroom, and access to amenities in shared home. The security deposit can cover your last month depending on when we are notified. A minimum 30 day notice is requested. -No smoking home. Out side is fine.
