Nice quiet neighborhood. Nce neighbors. Takes less than 5 min to get to the high school and middle school. Lots of new stores, restaurants being built near area. Takes 15 min to get to Lackland AFB. 2 exits from Sea World. And up the road is HWY 151. I am the first home owner and I love the house and area. I have to sell house soon because I may have to move by the end of October. I am a Retired US Army veteran and my family has outgrown this house. It needs a bit of TLC but worth it. Great neighbors, calm and close to many restaurants and shops and perfect school districts and locations. It has a new A/C unit, insulation was added and has had foundation repair which comes with a lifetime warranty from the company.
