Hello, I have one room available for rent for anyone who is interested. You will have the choice of picking the room on the first or second floor both of which include a bedframe. The room on the second floor would share a full bathroom while the room on the first floor would not. This is a 4 bedroom 3 bath house that is fully furnished. I have one dog and preferably looking for someone without pets or at a minimum, a well trained dog. I am preferably looking for someone who is looking for a short term lease (3-6 months) who may be traveling out of state and just wanting to get to know the city. There is a possibility for an extension. Move in date can be as soon as August 1st.
