This unit is sized for one person. We do not allow pets, not even if they are just visiting. The unit is in a state approved park with only six units. We pay for the trash and water/sewage. Your only utility expense is for electricity. It is electric heat and was built with insulation accordingly. The walls are freshly painted. The living room and bedroom are carpeted. The stove and refrigerator are white. The stove has been used only five weeks. The refrigerator has also been recently replaced. Both are spotless. No smoking is permitted. We handle all applications, deposits, first month rent in person. We do not have anyone representing us. This has been a problem in the past. Credit and background reports may be gotten at our expense on final applicants. Please call or e-mail and leave a message.
