I'm relocating to CA and moving out of my place 11/29 (but can go earlier). I'm helping management find my replacement. This 1bd is HUGE and gorgeous as it was recently renovated. It gets a ton of sunlight as there are two big picture windows in each room. The kitchen is state of the art, with an industrial sink and electric stove/oven, and so many cupboards/drawers I've never been able to fill up. Outfitted with a beautiful backsplash. Has a dishwasher and garbage disposal as well, and obviously the stainless steel fridge comes with it. It opens up into the large living and dining room. All of the light fixtures have dimmers. The bedroom is a really nice size and can fit a King bed. My favorite thing in this apartment is the walk-in closet with built in shelving-- it's so big! The bathroom is my second favorite thing about it-- the counter space is abundant and the water pressure is just perfect. Parking can come unassigned/free or a reserved space for $75/mo. Water is included. I'm extremely sad to have to move out as I love this unit and the building as a whole. The community is very quiet and safe -- most people have lived here for years and hardly ever leave. Neighbors are super friendly, helpful, and everyone looks out for each other. The complex has a gym (with a yoga studio coming soon) and a pool. We also have Amazon parcel lockers. There's a dog park as the community is very pet friendly. The onsite management takes pride in the landscaping and maintenance is on-site everyday to tend to it and maintenance requests (I've never had to wait more than 10min for someone to come). Security is also onsite every night, and we have a security 24hr line. Management hosts a lot of community events (I'm a regular at Wine Down Wednesday) and regularly gets food trucks to come to the property. There's a coffeeshop, deli, and dry cleaner next door to the complex. Across the street, a bookstore and a restaurant are being built. Also across the street is a church and a daycare. Close to I-45 and 610. The neighborhood is adjacent to The Heights/Washington Corridor, which has a lot of cool and upscale of bars, restaurants, and shops.
