In 2006 we had the deck expanded to 16 feet by 19 feet. In 2007 the master bath was totally redone with total ceramic shower and flooring and all new fixtures. The second bath recieved ceramic flooring. Neighborhood Description This is one of the best kept subdivisions in the area and it has done very well in this tough real estate environment. We have a very active HOA which is beneficial to the overall health of this subdivision. And last but not least is the quality of schools in this Union County area.
