Hello, and welcome to my beautiful garden home! You will have a fully furnished main bedroom overlooking the expansive gardens in the backyard, and an en suite bathroom. The bedroom comes with a queen size sleigh bed, matching dresser, closet, desk, mirror, and bay window with extra storage, and a TV with the following streaming apps: Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Disney+, Apple TV+, Peacock, and Amazon Prime Video. The main bedroom is located upstairs in a split level house. Also upstairs is the shared fully stocked kitchen that has nearly any kitchen tool you could need! The attached open living room is where you can read, hang out and play games, listen to music, or enjoy a fire in the fireplace in the winter, and has a bay window that looks out to the front garden. Downstairs is the shared washer and dryer. There's a very large deck in the back, with a table for enjoying outdoor meals and a fire pit. The garden has small walking trails and even a "book nook" that is covered for year round access. You will be living with my housemate who lives upstairs, and myself and our three awesome pups; I have an Aussiedoodle (Leo) and a Chiweenie (BooBoo), and my housemate has a Beagle/Hound mix (Max). The house is located in a safe neighborhood in a quiet cul de sac, and there is parking available in the driveway. The rent includes all utilities, and is month to month. We would love to have a long term renter, but short term is ok as well! My home is a safe space with good energy, with respect to the three pups in the house we make a point to keep things extra tidy, and my home is LGTBQIA+ friendly! Looking for someone who wants to rent long term. Lease is per month, with a 3 week exit notice.
