There are 2 bathrooms, however only 1 is available for future tenants. We have a spacious bathtub with spa jets, and lots of storage space available. The home is currently shared by two respectful, easygoing residents living in the master bedroom. Bedrooms are first come first serve. We're looking for 2 roommates, preferably 18-21 aged college students, who are clean, responsible, and friendly. Background checks are required. NOTE: Pool is currently under maintenance, it will be ready for use in August this summer. Rent: $800/month Move-in: First and last month's rent + $400 nonrefundable security deposit. Sorry, no additional pets we already have 3 friendly dogs. This is non-negotiable! If you're allergic to dogs, this probably won't be the best fit, our dogs love to cuddle and play. Lease lasts 1 year, after which it goes month-to-month. No overnight guests more than 1 night To move in, a background check is required. If rent or bills are late over 5 days, a fee of $50 is added every day for a week, and if still not paid, eviction is required. Free outside parking!! No rules on smoking or drinking in the home, as long as you are in compliance with the law you are in compliance with the lease.
