I will try to sway you by sharing what you may like about it: This second floor apartment sits in a 4 unit building just off Tesson Ferry with Grant's Trail access in the neighborhood. Lindbergh school district. It has fresh paint, new kitchen flooring, new stove (pending delivery at the time of posting), new garbage disposal, and cleaned carpet. The living room is bright and sunny with large windows. There is a hallway linen closet, bathroom closet, and small pantry in the kitchen. The basement holds the washer/dryer hookups, a lockable storage area for each unit and one assigned garage parking spot with additional parking outside behind the garage spot. The property is owner managed. There is no fee to apply, the fee of roughly $60 each is for a background and credit check on each adult and kicks in when we both agree to move forward. One year lease. Security deposit required. Rent includes water, sewer, trash. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. No smoking, vaping, etc. Not crazy about pets but willing to hear you out and be negotiable. Otherwise no pets. Other standard responsibilities outlined in a lease.
