We are renting our house in the North Valley, to someone who would love living in a quiet neighborhood and enjoy having spacious areas inside and outside bosque trails. This is a ready-to-live-in two-story home with 3 brms, 3 bths, and a large family area to host friends and family. Have owned and lived in this house for the past 6 years and have made several upgrades: irrigation, landscaping, fruit trees, flooring, and a newer roof. Solid worry free, well-maintained home. Looking for a long-term tenant, ideally interested in staying beyond the usual 1-year term and ready to call it home for a few years. You will be renting directly from owner, requesting references as part of the rental process. We know the house well and moving locally.
