The Sanctuary Room is the primary room in the townhouse. It is a second-floor sanctuary escape room. There is a walk-in closet, work area, dresser, chair and ottoman is for reading area! Room consists of a queen bed with darkening curtains. Its own bathroom with double sinks and bath/shower combo. Room is in a very clean in a quiet townhouse. Pool is up the street. There is outside dining. You have full access to whole house with exception of other bathrooms and bedrooms. Complex itself is safe and well taken care of. One car allowed per room, If extra person signs up there will extra fee of $100 a month. The Retreat Room is a full size bed, work area and double stack closet. Hallway bathroom and shares shower with downstairs guest. The Cove Room twin bed, dresser, closet and desk. No Smoking No Pets, not to visit, sorry. Lease can be short term may have a fee or long term All renters are responsible for keeping the property clean. there is occasional professional cleaning. Sharing household chores House rules included in lease.
