My mother lived in this home for 30 years before she went to live her last days with us 5 years ago. We thought as a family we would use it as a get away home but as life goes, we rarely come to Grant County anymore. This home needs a lot of fixing up and structural completion on the second bathroom and storage structure. It is in a great location for star gazing, you have good neighbors and has always been welcoming to all who enter. This house is a great home given the right help.
