UTEP, Sierra Providence and Las Palmas hospitals are close by. Hop on I-10 and you'll be at shopping areas like The Fountains, Cielo Vista and Sunland Park within 10 minutes. Your private 600 sq. ft. suite has a nice living area, large BR, & its own bathroom. The only shared spaces are the sunroom, kitchen, laundry room and backyard. This space has a fun, musical theme with a mid century vibe. It is decorated with old-school LP albums, as well as a number of music inspired paintings created by elderly individuals who have Alzheimer's/dementia. It is a display of the transcendental role that creating art plays in every stage of life, and it pays homage to the fact this property used to be a nursing home. Very unique, I think! Pets are not allowed, however I do have a border collie you may come across during your stay, as he comes in and out of the house through his doggy door from the backyard. He is super friendly and loves other people. No smoking is allowed and we ask that you be respectful of the others living here and their belongings.
