The complex comes with a nice pool, which is great in the summer, and a fitness center. The apartment itself has two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The apartment comes with a full kitchen with a dishwasher and full oven/stove. The washer and dryer are in the building on the first floor. The apartment comes with parking spot right outside the front door but garages are available. College Square allows pets of all sizes so dogs and cats are just fine. Also, the folks who live in this apartment complex are mostly young professionals and families making it a quiet apartment even on the weekends. The rent is $800 with a deposit equal to first month's rent. The lease will be up in August in which you will have the option to renew for another year or receive your deposit back.
