No major issues. No roof leaks no falling through floors. Central air and heat. Home is completely livable, just needs a fresh paint job and carpet or tile whichever you prefer. The trailer is located in River trails off of Slater in North Fort Myers. I'm only moving because the manager is giving me problems about my dog because he is 40 lbs. So with that being said no dogs over 25 lbs and you must fill out an application at the front office and be approved before you can move in. It's a very quiet family park.
