This is an awesome two-bedroom, 1 bathroom townhouse in the museum district/Carytown area. The complex is located between Monument and Patterson on North Hamilton Street, leased through Georgetown Apartments. We love this apartment, and the management! However, we have to relocate to DC ASAP for work, so we need someone to take over the lease. The complex is very pet friendly-- the pet rent is $10 per animal per month, but you won't have to pay a deposit on the pets because we already did. The security deposit is only $250. There are three laundry rooms on site, or you can choose to rent a washer and dryer ($20 each, per month) to have in the apartment with you. There's a lovely back patio area off the living room, also. Cooking and heating are gas, and both heat and AC are central, with controls in-unit. We need to get this apartment rented ASAP, so we're offering to pay the utilities on the apartment for the remainder of the lease! Every apartment has one parking permit for parking in the reserved spaces in front of (or on the side of) the building, and if you have other vehicles, there are ample unreserved parking spaces in the lot for those. There's tons of storage space as well-- a huge closet under the stairs, as well as a very large closet in the second bedroom that extends over the stairwell.
