The Near Westside Neighborhood is a very walkable area close to Butler Park, the B-line, Farmers Market and downtown restaurants. The house will be available for a 9-10 month lease starting August 5, 2026. There is an apartment above the detached garage used as an Airbnb that is located behind this house, and we will be living in the neighborhood to attend to it. City of Bloomington will only allow 3 unrelated adults to occupy this house. Families are most welcome. Owner pays all utilities (gas, water, electric and high-speed internet). $2800 deposit due at signing. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Not 420 friendly.
