this is a 3 bedroom split plan home. it has 2 bathrooms both with tubs. garage is 19 x 19 and is a two car garage. the wash and dryer area are set up in the garage. does have a garage door opener but you have to supply your own remote. is is not a big house but all rooms have small walk in closets. the entire house is tiled in and is under central air conditioner and heat. The kitchen does have range, stove, over the stove microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator (small fridge does not have Ice maker). It does have a small area in kitchen for a small table. has dining area and living room but does not have a family room. The porch area comes off the kitchen area. It has a large back yard and is completely fenced in. the best feature of this property is the large oak trees which gives it a country atmosphere. There is not much traffic on this street , for there are only 3 homes and a retention area across from the home. for someone with children two rows of homes behind this house starts heritage middle school. The high school (pine ridge) and a elementary school are about 1/2 mile from this home (you have to supply your own transport to school). The only traffic you will see is when people are going to work or taking their kids to school.This home has a septic system so your water bill should be low. Also the electric company is Florida power and light which I am told it is lower rates than duke energy. I have own this home for 12 years. it is not under any short sale or foreclosure process. Everyone of my tenants have love the area. My last tenant need a bigger home for his family but said he is sad to leave this home for he loved the tranquillity. I have place no pets but would not have a problem with a small dog or cats( no large dogs , pit bulls or any animal that insurance companies have restrictions). Also no trampolines on property will be permitted. I am asking $1,100 per month rent and an additional $1,100 as a security deposit. Please if you do not have the full amount do not apply, I hate to say no. I have been renting homes in the Deltona area for the past 21 years and have had a total of 4 eviction processes. do not like to go threw that process. If you have had past eviction please do not apply. I am an unusual landlord, if my gut feeling tells me to keep you in mind for this rental great, but if I feel I will not be interested in renting to you or I have a better candidate I will be up front with you.
