We are pet friendly landlords: up to 2 cats and/or dogs under 50 pounds are welcome with excellent landlord references and additional $300 per pet deposit. Smoking policy: NO SMOKING at the home or within 20 feet of the premises. Utilities paid 100% by tenant: Electricity and internet. Utilities partially paid by tenant: 25% of the total cost for water, gas, and trash removal.
