4bdrm House to Share / Professional Roommate wanted I'm looking to find a roommate to share my 2000sq ft home with in a developer community, centrally located just East of Country Way (off of Hillsborough Ave). If you're clean, organized, and professional, who doesn't mind some like minded company, you could be the perfect fit! My home has 4 bdrms with 3 of them on one end of the house and the master bdrm at the entrance. With that said, you would be renting 2 bdrms and your own bathroom that leads to the screened in pool as well. I would occupy the master bdrm and the remaining bdrm (for an office and extra storage space). The house is fully tiled, every sq. inch and decoratively arranged. There is a pool table and bar in the main living room as you enter the home but this is NOT a party house or bachelor pad. These are just nice additions to enjoy in your home from time to time when you don't feel like dealing with crazy crowded outings. You would have access to all of the common areas (family room, living room, garage, pool, deck, kitchen) but all of these areas are already furnished so you would only need to furnish the two bdrms you're renting. The house is 2 minutes from LA Fitness, Publix, Target, Orange Theory, Home Depot, and literally 10 mins to Citrus Park Mall, Westshore Mall, and International Plaza. It is also a 5 minute bike ride to the Upper Tampa Bay Bike/Run trail. I know b/c I bike this trail often. I'm a busy professional who works 40hrs a week, and spends the rest of the time either working out, doing recreational activities like mountain biking, stand up paddleboarding, etc, and just hanging out at home sometimes relaxing watching whatever is On Demand. I'm super easy going who would totally respect your privacy but definitely welcomes some social interaction. No need to be total strangers!
