I live with 5 very friendly and fun girls. The room has it's own individual code as well as our apartment door so no keys needed. No one else knows the code to your individual room. We have a spacious balcony that faces the flatirons and new appliances including marble countertops. There is a new washer and drier in our apartment you can use anytime. Rent is $750/month but is negotiable. Trash and water utilities are included, and electric and internet/cable are divided among the roommates, so it's not that much. I can also keep the apartment furnished if you would prefer, with a large dresser and queen size bed or move everything out.There is also another bedroom in this unit being subleased, so if you want to live with a friend it would work.
